On this photo: unbaked, dry clay.
Note on later photo’s that I’ve changed the tail. I found this tail much to kitch. It was rather unnerving to moist the solid tail until the clay regained a bit of plasticity and then to change the tail without breaking it off. I was really scared it would be damaged in the kiln, but it came out complete. Later I was told remodeling only part of a dry clay piece usually does not work, fortunately I wasn’t aware of that when I decided to remodel the tail.
